This page explains what information Exclusive Bhutan Journey collects through this website and how we use it. If you have questions, write to bhutan@exclusivejourney.com.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, nationality, number of travellers, preferred dates, tour of interest and message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we receive whatever you choose to send.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailor-made itinerary and quote.
• To arrange your Bhutan visa or permit, hotels and services once you decide to travel with us (this requires passport details, which we collect separately and securely).
• To contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone except the hotels, guides and authorities needed to deliver your trip.

Language translation

The language bar uses the Google Website Translator. When you choose a language, the text of the page is sent to Google to be translated, and Google may set cookies for that purpose. Choosing English switches the translation off.

Cookies and analytics

This website itself uses no advertising cookies. The language selector stores your chosen language in a cookie so the choice persists between pages.

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
