Bhutan Terms and Conditions of Tour payment

Payment Policy

• 60% of the Tour payment required while confirming the Tour with us.
• 100% of Tour payment required for the confirmation of the 4 star & 5 Star.
• 100% of flight fare payment required for the flight tickets before the purchase of tickets.
• Balance payment 40% of Tour cost must be paid before 15days prior to the arrival date to Bhutan to get e-permits ahead.
• Your Tour payment is totally saved with us, because it directly goes to our registered Tour Company account.

Tour Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund for the tour cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, payment transfer charges will be applicable.
• 80% refund for the tour cancelled between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date.
• 70% refund for the tour cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date.
• 60% refund for the tour cancelled between 30 days prior to arrival date.
• No refund for the tour cancelled less than 20 days of arrival date.
