Trongsa Dzong (Fort)
The major attraction in Trongsa is Trongsa Dzong, one of Bhutan's largest and most historically significant fortress-monasteries in Bhutan History. The dzong stretches along the mountainside above the Mangde Chhu (River) Valley, with numerous courtyards, temples and buildings connected by traditional architecture. Trongsa has an important connection with Bhutan's monarchy. The first two Kings of Bhutan were closely associated with Trongsa, and historically the Trongsa Penlop held a powerful position in the country.
Ta Dzong (Museum)
Above Trongsa Dzong is Ta Dzong, an old watchtower that has been converted into a museum. It provides views of the surrounding mountains and offers visitors an opportunity to learn about Bhutan's history and religious heritage during Bhutan Tour and Travel.
Bumthang is often considered the spiritual heartland of Bhutan in the quite valley around alpines trees. Jakar Dzong
The Dzong also called the “Castle of the White Bird,” overlooks the Chokhor Valley. It is an important administrative and religious center and provides beautiful views across the Bumthang valley.
Kurjey Lhakhang
This is one of Bumthang's most sacred religious sites, where Guru Rinpoche meditated here, and the site is associated with an imprint of his body here at Kurjey, Bumthang Bhutan.
Jambay Lhakhang
Another ancient and historically important temple, built in the 7th century, making it one of Bhutan's oldest temples.
Tamshing Lhakhang
This is associated with Master Pema Lingpa, one of Bhutan's most important religious figures and treasure discoverers, important Buddhist paintings and is an important center of the Pema Lingpa tradition.
Ura Valley
This is one of the most picturesque traditional settlements in Bumthang which also known as second Switzerland. Its village houses, cobbled paths, surrounding meadows and mountain scenery offer a good opportunity to experience rural Bhutanese life during your Bhutan Tour.
Chhumey Valley
Chhumey is particularly known for its wool weaving tradition of Bhutan traditioally. Tourist interested and want to learn Bhutanese textiles can see traditional weaving and locally produced woolen products.
Tang Valley

Mebar Tsho (Burning Lake)
Mebar Tsho, commonly also known as “Burning Lake,” is one of the most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Bhutan, it is actually a pool-like section of the Tang Chhu River, rather than a conventional lake. Historical Mebar Tsho is closely associated with Pema Lingpa, one of Bhutan's most revered Buddhist treasure discoverers (tertons) at that time.
